Bryant Grove Trail Professional Review and Guide
"This there-and-back hike cruises through Long Hunter State Park, along the pretty shoreline of Percy Priest Lake. The walking is easy, but the total distance—if you make the entire hike—is 8 miles. You may see wading birds and waterfowl in season."
--Johnny Molloy, 60 Hikes within 60 Miles: Nashville - 4th Edition (Menasha Ridge Press).
This Trail is a great trail to run. It has some cool brigdes and a great view of river. I think if you are a fair runner it will be a great run.
This is an old railroad bed. My wife and I road our bikes, though it is straight and level, it was a pleasant ride. There is a river crossing using an old railroad bridge that was nice too. It would be a good place to go run too.
