Persimmon Ridge Park Professional Review and Guide
"Persimmon Ridge Park makes for a convenient and rewarding hiking destination. Its ease of access and length makes it perfect as a daily exercise hike. And the scenery is pretty good, too. Start your walk with a muscle-loosening ridge climb; then cruise past some big trees. Descend to a clear tributary of Little Limestone Creek. You cross the stream then climb another hill, only to descend to the waterway again. A fi nal climb up Dosser Ridge gets your heart pumping once more. Multiple views from a power-line cut add to the park’s natural beauty."
