Hannah Mountain Trail is a hiking and horse trail in Blount County, Tennessee. It is within Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is 9.3 miles long and begins at 2,781 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 18.8 miles with a total elevation gain of 3,905 feet. The Hannah Mountain ridge is near the trailhead. There is also parking. The 14 (elevation 2,031 feet) and 16 (elevation 1,722 feet) camp sites and the Polecat Ridge, Polecat Ridge, and Hannah Mountain ridges can be seen along the trail. This trail connects with the following: Rabbit Creek Trail, Abrams Falls Trail and Hatcher Mountain Trail.
