Beaman Park Creekside Trail and Henry Hollow Loop

Beaman Park: Creekside Trail and Henry Hollow Loop Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This is a great hike for bird-watchers and those who enjoy the sight of woods and limestone walls bordering creeks. The trail goes through rugged landscapes, including ridgetops nearly 1,000 feet high. Follow an edge of the western Highland Rim and watch for mountain laurel, wild azalea, and blueberries. Steep slopes, narrow hollows, woods, and streams create a constantly changing view."

Took the Sedge Hill trail to the Henry Hollow Loop. Nice little workout though not as challenging as the Mossy Ridge trail at Edwin Warner. Only complaint is parts of the trail have loose rocks on them which can be dangerous for running or even walking on. I twisted my ankle back in January but was more careful this time.
