Station Mountai Road Professional Reviews and Guides

"Unity! The water here flows over each little section, working together to create the creek, all the while feeding the moss and plants upon it."

"As you hike through this diverse forest, make sure you keep your eyes peeled. A number of noteworthy trees rest peacefully alongside the trail, with burls, bracket fungus, and unusual growth patterns keeping you entertained. Toward the latter portion of the hike, you’ll follow the gently flowing Oconee Creek upstream.

It’s hard to believe that this passive creek is fed by a massive and mighty waterfall. A wonderful pool at the base of these photogenic falls is ideal for the dogs to dip their paws. All of these magnificent natural features put this hike among my favorites."
