The short Crawford Hiking Trail loop is a 1.1-mile hike that begins near the parking area to the right of the Meeting House. The trail leads through a picnic area in the southeastern corner of the park where it crosses Route 378 on two occasions before winding back to the starting point. As you leave the trailhead hiking counterclockwise, the terrain is gentle with very little elevation change, and a canopy of pines provides some cover and gentle conditions for the pooch’s feet.
