Fit Trail Professional Reviews and Guides
"This peaceful hike begins along the Fit Trail. Pine trees offer shade, and you’ll pass a variety of fitness stops where you can do exercises like leg lifts and body raises. The path is easy to follow, and the deeper you get into the forest, the more diverse it becomes.
When you reach the Interpretive Trail, signs help identify a wide range of species, and an assortment of birds serenade you and your canine companions. Enjoy the solitude."
