Choke Creek Nature Trail is a hiking trail in Lackawanna County and Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. It is within Pinchot State Forest and State Game Land No. 91. Along the trail there are wetlands. This trail connects with the following: Butler Run Trail, Palmer Trail and Thirsty Hill Trail.
