Choke Creek Nature Trail is a hiking trail in Lackawanna County and Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. It is within Pinchot State Forest and State Game Land No. 91. It is 4.3 miles long and begins at 1,939 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 8.6 miles with a total elevation gain of 695 feet. Near the trailhead there is a parking. Along the trail there are wetlands.
