Flight 93 National Memorial Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"The Flight 93 National Memorial is a sprawling facility, as you’d expect. A plane traveling in excess of 500 miles per hour covers a lot of ground in a hurry. That makes it surprisingly peaceful, though. The facilities here—the visitor center, Memorial Plaza, walkway, and more—are surrounded by meadows full of tall grasses and wildflowers and birds and butterflies.
White-tailed deer occasionally wander by, and Canada geese and assorted ducks dot the ponds. It all serves to show the unquenchable nature of life, even in the face of hate and terror."
