This route is actually a group of three rides that may be enjoyed by cyclists of almost any ability. The 26-mile ramble is suitable for novices early in the spring; the 52-mile cruise will delight stronger cyclists midseason; and the century classic will exercise the experts. Since the rides overlap by 20 miles you can time your rides to spend some time riding together. The rides take you through the Hanover Shoe Horse Farms and past some thirty sprawling farms. Terrain: flat to rolling farm land. Traffic is generally light to very light, although tourist traffic may be heavy during the peak season.

The 50 miles loop was more than enough at 95 degrees, but still great fun with rolling hills and no serious climbs. For those taking it easy, there are nice stops along the way and the roads are quite and drivers seem to be used to sharing the road with bikers.
