Worlds End State Park Professional Review and Guide
"This trail runs alongside Loyalsock Creek, where hikers will need to step lively from one creekside boulder to the next. From there it’s a challenging climb up out of the gorge, through a boulder held to a 30-foot waterfall, followed by a steep hand-over-hand climb across a talus slope. The next section is a short—but precarious—walk along the edge of the ridge to an impressive overlook.
Hikers, intent on their agendas, sometimes miss the highlights of an area. Fortunately, that won’t happen here. This hike was designed to incorporate Worlds End highlights, such as Loyalsock Creek and High Rock Vista, with a vigorous workout.
As soon as you enter Worlds End State Park, you hear it—the never-ending rush of the waters of Loyalsock Creek."
