Pine Run Preamble Professional Review and Guide
"Pennypack Park is an oasis in the northeastern section of Philadelphia, just on the border of Montgomery County. A paved multi-use trail runs the length of the park on the southwest side of Pennypack Creek. Many people come here to unwind and at times the trail can become quite crowded. Moms with strollers, fledgling young bike riders, and seniors all stroll along the peaceful path, so keep your speed in check and your bike under control.
The park is also well known for its high deer and duck populations and it’s quite common to come in close contact with these animals. Respect the wild animals by giving them space. Highlights: great woodland trail riding, fishing, wildlife viewing, authentic Philly hot-dog stand. Tread: paved multi-use pathways and singletrack trail with wide, dirt, multi-use trails making up the majority of the ride."
