Mid-State Trail is a hiking trail in Clinton County, Lycoming County, and Union County, Pennsylvania. It is within Halfway Run Natural Area, Bald Eagle State Forest, Raymond B Winter, and Tiadaghton State Forest. It is 14.4 miles long and begins at 1,621 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 23.5 miles with a total elevation gain of 5,323 feet. Bake Oven Mountain (elevation 1,847 feet) can be seen along the trail. There is also parking along the trail.
