Mid-State Trail is a hiking trail in Clinton County, Lycoming County, and Union County, Pennsylvania. It is within Halfway Run Natural Area, Bald Eagle State Forest, Raymond B Winter, and Tiadaghton State Forest. It is 14.4 miles long and begins at 1,621 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 23.5 miles with a total elevation gain of 5,323 feet. Bake Oven Mountain (elevation 1,847 feet) can be seen along the trail. There is also parking along the trail. This trail connects with the following: Betterton Trail (MST), Big Mountain Trail (MST), Dunbar Trail, Brush Ridge Trail (MST), Walters Road, Old Boundary Trail, Duncan Trail, Old Tram Trail and Webster Trail.
