Sadsbury Woods Preserve

Sadsbury Woods Preserve Professional Review and Guide

"This gem of a hike has a rocky trail with an amazing under-story of ferns. The preserve is more than 500 acres of protected land and hosts one of the only remaining undeveloped woodland areas in Chester County. There is also an abundance of what looks to be white quartz throughout the hike.

Sadsbury Woods is a Natural Lands Trust Site. The parking area has spaces for about 10 cars, and the trailhead is immediately off the parking lot right next to the kiosk. The trail starts out as a gravel path in full sun. This trail is not wheelchair accessible, but there is a wheelchair-accessible trail at the preserve."
