Rocky Mountain (elevation 1,804 feet), Snowy Mountain (elevation 2,064 feet), and Pivot Rock (elevation 1,847 feet), the Quarry Gap Shelters, Antietam Shelter, Quarry Gap Shelter, and Deer Lick Shelter shelters, and the Old Forge Picnic Area picnic site can be seen along the trail. There is also parking along the trail.
