Been hiking this trail for years. Multiple trails, some short and easy for beginners, others long and more physically demanding for experts. Depending on the trail you pick there are waterfalls, scenic trails overlooking a stream, and multiple outlooks. Laurel lake is in the area as well. If you're looking for a tranquil way to get some exercise you could do a lot worse.
