Tracy Ridge Recreation Area Campground Professional Review and Guide
"With 65 tent sites distributed around three large loops Tracy Ridge is a large campground, and it covers a significant expanse of wooded terrain. (One loop, with 20 sites, can be reserved as a group site.) As a result, the sites are roomy, and there is plenty of space between each. This beautiful campground is located 5 miles south of the New York state line in the northeastern part of Allegheny National Forest. The campground sits atop a high ridge above, and about 3 miles by foot away from, the Allegheny Reservoir. All of the sites are situated in a healthy hardwood forest the trees of which are spread broadly about a forest floor covered with ferns and rocks. To say that the sites are spacious is an understatement; huge or tremendous would be the better choice of word."
