Fowlers Hollow State Park

Fowlers Hollow State Park Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This small narrow park—it’s a rectangular 104 acres—provides opportunities to fish Fowlers Hollow Run for brook trout early in spring or to camp here and ride your horse or bike or hike. There’s also a large play field in the day- use area, where you’ll find grills for cooking.

This park serves primarily as a launch point for exploring the adjacent Tuscarora State Forest. It’s very popular with hunters, who come here looking for deer and turkeys. The Anderson Ridge
Limited Access Buck Hunting Area is a draw for those looking for a wilderness hunt; it’s a 6,000-acre chunk of forest where all motorized vehicles are prohibited. There’s some fine hiking here as well."
