Lehigh Parkway Trail

Lehigh Parkway Trail Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This trail traverses the City of Allentown’s largest public park and follows along beautiful Little Lehigh Creek, a popular spot for fly-fishing. The scenery throughout the hike goes from woods, to creekside, to wide-open fields.

There are several parking areas for the Lehigh Parkway Trail, but for this hike, start off at the fish hatchery parking area. From the parking area, the trail begins as a paved trail straight ahead. The views of Little Lehigh Creek are spectacular while the route gives you a great workout."
