This is a great little run, just an hour from Portland. It shares the emerald water and lush coastal forest that make this and the rest of the Wilson River runs so beautiful. Significant ledge drops are mixed with steep, continuous whitewater. Oregon 6 follows the Devils Lake Fork and the Wilson and crosses the latter three times but does not intrude. Even if flows are too low on the Devils Lake Fork, the flow on the Wilson may be sufficient. Character: forested.
