Big Creek

Big Creek Professional Review and Guide

"This camp with some closely spaced sites occupies a flat of ponderosa and lodgepole pines between Big Creek and Logan Valley, an expansive meadow with a kaleidoscope of wildflowers and abundant wildlife. Sightings of deer, antelope, sandhill crane, and coyote are common. An egress in the camp’s rail fence leads to Big Creek, with its alder-lined banks and deep pools. Consult the camp information board for details about the Big Creek Area mountain bike trails, which make use of nearby seldom-used and closed forest roads."
