I loved the Silver Falls loop trail. We took it as a family hike with our 10-year-old. The trail isn't difficult, although it is long for a 10-year-old, but he made it through just fine. The trail takes you past and under many beautiful waterfalls. One of the best part is walking underneath a few big falls and feeling the spray. These spots are slick but not dangerous if you're wearing proper footwear, watching your kids, and watching your step. For families with smaller kids, the trail has park and walk access points to a few of the falls without having to take the whole hike. It's a great place to go for a walk in the summer or fall.
