If you just take the easier trip to the Audubon Society, you’ll get some quiet time along a creek in the woods, where you’ll see two monumental trees, and enjoy close-up views of (caged) wildlife. If you put in a little more effort, you’ll get that and some history with a great view—and another monumental tree. Heck, you can even connect this with another hike in the book. And it’s all right in the middle of town!

Not a scenic trails, but a good place to go if you don't want to drive out of town, but want to get away from the city. It can get pretty crowded on weekends.
