Eagle Forks Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"On a wooded rise, this camp threaded by Little Eagle Creek overlooks main Eagle Creek, a Wild and Scenic Waterway. Pines and firs shade the campground, while alders and willows fan the waters. At the upstream end of the campground, the 7-mile Martin Bridge Trail pursues Eagle Creek upstream for an engaging canyon tour. The trail ends at Martin Bridge, a former stage stop on the Union–Cornucopia Wagon Road that linked the area’s historic gold-mining districts to Union and Baker City. The creek is open to fishing."
