Umpqua Lighthouse State Park Professional Review and Guide
"This campground sits adjacent to the Umpqua River Lighthouse, built in 1894. Sites occupy a wooded slope above Lake Marie, a scenic coastal lake rimmed by forest and possessing dark, still reflections. Shrub divides, paved parking, and groomed personal spaces make the sites appealing. Trails and fishing at Lake Marie keep campers engaged at the park. Oregon Dunes, Reedsport, and Deans Creek Elk Viewing Site make worthwhile outings."
