Union Creek Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"This engaging camp straddles Union Creek at its confluence with the Upper Rogue River. The sites are well spaced, cozy, and private. Trails explore both banks of the creek and the east shore of the river, but to access the Upper Rogue National Recreation Trail on the west shore, you will need to drive 1.5 miles south to Natural Bridge Campground and Viewpoint Parking and hike the pedestrian bridge over the river. Hiking, fishing, sightseeing, and nature study are area pursuits. Among the outstanding features are old-growth trees, dogwood blooms in spring, and dramatic unions of volcanic outcrop and racing water."
