Magone Lake Professional Review and Guide
"This popular campground occupies the forested shore of Magone Lake. In the 1800s a natural landslide captured the waters of Lake Creek to form this 50-acre lake, which now offers swimming, fishing, and quiet boating. Muskrats and duck families inhabit the lake. A 1.5-mile trail encircles the water, and the 0.5-mile Magone Slide Trail leaves FR 3618 near the day-use area."
