Nels Rogers-University Falls Loop Trail Professional Review and Guide
"Forty-three miles west of Portland. Tread: Dirt singletrack for 6.5 miles, gravel for 1 mile. Hazards: Watch and listen for ATV's at trail and road crossings. Portions of trail may be slippery, even in dry weather. Heavy trail use has exposed roots."
--Mark Wigg, Mountain Biking Oregon (Falcon Guides).
Tillamook is just flat out awesome!!! Beuatiful single track and just something for everyone. One of my favorite places to ride
Nice ride for experienced mountain bikers. Lots of up and down, but most all in the shade of old growth. Note that the gravel road portion has been replaced with a new trail. You don't have to ride on any trails with motorized vehicles. Allow 2 - 3 hours for this ride.
I did not mtn bike this trail, but did hike it. It was fun! I would like to go back some time and Mtn bike it though, looks to be very tough and challanging
