This pleasant trail through a wooded gulch just minutes from downtown leads to the highest point in Portland: a park where you can take in a view of four volcanoes. What a city we live in!

Great trail with some of the most amazing views. Climing the Vista Ridge Trail to the timberline Trail can be a bit difficult. This trail climbs through parts of the Dollar Lake burn. With down trees and scourched ground, it makes finding the trail at some locations difficult.

Amazing wildflowers everywhere and glacier views - went to Elk Cove as well - didn't want to leave it was so beautiful!
