This trail was spectacular - such old, old forest. I took the Cooks Trail/Gwinn Creek loop, appr. 6.4 miles and in my 3 hours I never saw another human!! It was very peaceful and scenic. The trail is very clear and easy to follow; it is also a great workout - especially the first 2.4 miles. The last mile runs along the Hwy 101 - but also affords great ocean views. A visit across the road to Devil's Churn is a good stop too!

Theres trails for everyone at Cape Perpetua.
My favorite is the Giant Spruce Trail.
Also the ones down by the water are fun too!
