South Fork John Day Road is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Grant County, Oregon. It is within Ochoco National Forest and Aldrich Mountain Wilderness Study Area. It is 16.8 miles long and begins at 2,810 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 33.6 miles with a total elevation gain of 3,015 feet. The Wildhorse Falls Reservoir (elevation 3,602 feet) reservoir can be seen along the trail.
