Salmon Creek

Salmon Creek Professional Review and Guide

"An inspiring singletrack and doubletrack route that races along scenic Salmon Creek. You’ll love this fast, easy route that sweeps through attractive forest along the banks of cheery Salmon Creek. If you are treading trail during school hours, you’ll likely see the local high-school cross-country team in action.

This fun forest route is green and cool in the summer and golden in the fall. As an added bonus you’ll get to check out a picturesque wood bridge that spans the creek at your turnaround point. Watch out for warp-speed mountain bikers on this fast dirt track."

Hiked this trail on south side of creek. No blowdowns, some muddy spots approaching and leaving various footbridges. Cross the bridge and return on north side (but you will be hiking next to Fish Hatchery Rd. for part of return on north side.)

Very nice introductory ride, gentle roling single track with along the shore of Salomon Creek. Very scenic and enjoyable ride for all levels. Very clear trail with minimum roots and rocks. Great starter trail or casual afternoon ride. Excellent trail
