Nick Eaton Trail Professional Reviews and Guides

"This nice loop follows good trails through beautiful old growth to a flower-studded hillside with excellent views up the Herman Creek valley and to the lofty peaks flanking its watershed. Then, if you’re not prone to vertigo, venture down a rough and tumble (but generally good) path to indian Point, a basalt thumb that precariously floats 2000 feet above the Columbia River. With clenched chest, breathe deep, and enjoy one of the most exhilarating views of the gorge."
