National Forest Development Road 2010 is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Grant County, Oregon. It is within Malheur National Forest. It is 5.6 miles long and begins at 6,067 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 11.3 miles with a total elevation gain of 2,395 feet. The Morning Mine (elevation 6,424 feet) quarry can be seen along the trail. The trail ends near Vinegar Hill (elevation 8,110 feet).
