"Waterfalls, misty clouds, and mossy forest entice thousands of people to visit the Columbia River Gorge each year. Known more as a hiker’s paradise, this beloved piece of northwest Oregon also has trails open to mountain bikes. Gorge Trail 400 is the mountain biker’s red carpet, providing tantalizing views of this area’s mesmerizing scenic beauty. Trail surface: Singletrack and doubletrack."

A pretty trail not for beginners. A little hard to find, but you face it before you turn into the parking area.
Took one time to discover how this trail worked. We decided to give it another go in the future as there is much more to the trail than the download described. At the parking lot (where the ride starts) it is worth hiking into the waterfall. About 3/4 of a mile in you will discover a bridge. From the bridge you can see a smooth nature made water slide. Definitely worth wading in and giving it a go on a hot summers day!
