Deadman Canyon

Deadman Canyon Professional Review and Guide

"This backpack or long day hike runs from the Deadman Canyon Trailhead near Fish Lake to the Imnaha River. (Trail 1869) The route first climbs gently through meadowlands, where bands of elk can often be seen.

Then you descend to the bank of the scenic Imnaha River. Much of the area along this route have burned in recent years, this opens up the ground to more sunlight, making for better elk forage and more flowers."
