Tahkenitch Landing Professional Review and Guide
"This attractive campground offers prized sites overlooking Tahkenitch Lake, a large coastal lake with mostly undeveloped shores. A forest frames the lake basin. At the day-use area, just below camp, you will find a rustic dock and boat ramp. The western arm of the lake is capped with lily pads. Ospreys soar over the lake and dive for fish, while geese plod along shore in search of handouts. On the west side of US 101, the Tahkenitch Dunes Trail travels 2.75 miles through woods, over dunes, and along the beach, passing Threemile Lake along the way."
