One modest soaking pool, plus a geothermal display on a very remote desert road. Clothing optional. Mickey is a miniature Yellowstone. It has bubbling mud pots, pressure vents that hiss thin clouds of steam, a tiny boiling geyser, steamy channels snaking through the grass, and hot pools of all sizes and shapes including a deep blue bottomless pit 15 feet across. But the really important thing to remember is that Mickey has only one tiny soaking pool. The rest look great, but their temperatures run from 120 to 180 degrees F. The display varies in intensity from one year to the next. There’s no guarantee of a good show or a good soak.
