Murderer’s Creek Work Center Professional Review and Guide
"This facility consists of two cabins. The main cabin or cookhouse is equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood heat, propane cook stove, and propane refrigerator. The other cabin or bunkhouse has two bedrooms, propane heaters, and four twin beds.
Around you: Murderer’s Creek is murmuring in your backyard on its way west to meet the South Fork John Day River. The Aldrich Mountain/Murderer’s Creek Wildlife Area, an undesignated wilderness, is nearby. Riley Creek Trailhead (216A) is to the northeast, at the end of Forest Road 2190 which is off Forest Road 21, a few miles east of the cabin."
