South Hills Ridgeline Trail Professional Review and Guide
"While short, this ride packs in a lot of good stuff, and regardless of length, local riders are glad to have a place to ride. The first mile or so the trail is quite mellow as it rolls along through dense woods and over a few tree roots. The far end of the trail drops down a technical series of switchbacks. Climbing back up is a true test of strength and bike-handling skills. The more distant reaches of the trail include obstacles like roots, rocks, sandy corners, and good-sized waterbars. The trail is located in Eugene, on the south side of town."
