The Upper Clackamas River is an Oregon favorite, particularly from Three Lynx Power Station to north Fork Reservoir. Boaters may chose between runs that rank from Class II to Class IV, depending on access and destinations. Access may be interrupted at times above the Three Lynx until the flood-damaged road is completely repaired. Traffic currently is allowed along a one-lane road, but it will be restricted during reconstruction of slide areas.
