Park Meadow Trail Professional Reviews and Guides
"Singletrack trail that weaves through a cool forest to a high-alpine meadow in the Three Sisters Wilderness. Mountain views. Bridge crossings. This brisk forest run winds through the heart of the Three Sisters Wilderness, where you’ll dash over creeks and arrive at a gorgeous high-alpine meadow with awesome views of Broken Top and South Sister. As you are loping along the trail, be on the lookout for horse pies that are fairly common on this popular equestrian trail. Be sure to wear mosquito repellent if you are running this trail in early summer. Also, bring water with you—this trail can be very hot and dusty and no water is available at the trailhead."

"Hit hard by the 2012 Pole Creek Fire, the Park Meadow Trail is a little dull for the ?rst couple of miles. Okay, it’s very dull. There’s not a lot of life left amid the burn, but once you reach Park Meadow, it’s all worth it. Up here, lush ?elds, sparkling ponds, and stunning mountain views await. If you time your hike with wild?ower season, you’ll even be greeted with colorful blooms dotting the meadow and lining the creek’s banks."
