"A round-trip day hike in the North Fork John Day Wilderness. The 121,111-acre North Fork John Day Wilderness is divided into four distinct units, all of varying sizes.

From the smallest to the largest, the units are as follows: Tower, Baldy Creek, Greenhorn, and the North Fork John Day. This trail follows the western edge of the Greenhorn Unit, located in the Greenhorn Mountains. Special attractions: Good views; great fishing at Olive Lake."
