Lackeys Hole

Lackeys Hole Professional Review and Guide

"This backpack and horse trail connects to Upper Little Minam River Trail, at its junction with Jim White Ridge Trail, high on the ridgeline dividing the Little Minam and Minam River drainages. From the high ridge you descend, passing Lackeys Lake to a junction with Rock Creek Trail. (Trail 1942)

This trail is a continuation of Upper Little Minam River Trail 1942. Lackeys Hole Trail begins at a junction in a high gentle saddle on the ridge dividing the Little Minam and Minam River drainages. The mostly open ridgetop country around the junction abounds with wildflowers in July, and elk are likely to be seen up here on their summer range."
