Tumalo State Park Professional Review and Guide
"This campground rests along the Deschutes River, where the water has been drawn down for irrigation. Picturesque rocks and yellow irises may complement the water. The sites have paved parking, but some of the basic sites will require more RV leveling than others. The camp is set in a juniper forest, with a few aspen trees and grassy plots tucked between the sites. Most sites have partial shade. A designated swimming area in the day-use area is popular in summer. The attractions of Bend may call you away from the camp."
