McKay Crossing Professional Review and Guide
"This Paulina Creek campground offers quiet, fairly private sites in a setting of lodgepole and small ponderosa pines. From camp you can access the Peter Skene Ogden National Recreation Trail, which travels upstream 6 miles to Paulina Lake and caters to multiple use: It is open to foot, horse, and mountain bike travel. Lower Paulina Falls, a picturesque 25-foot falls on the main creek, is only 500 feet from camp. The many attractions of Newberry National Volcanic Monument are within easy reach by vehicle."
