Succor Creek State Park Professional Review and Guide
"This isolated state park serves up a fine dose of solitude in a grand desertcanyon setting. Succor Creek, spanned by a pedestrian bridge, halves the camp; the big trees offer prized shade. There are no established trails, but jeep trails and the landmarks of the canyon suggest short cross-country outings. Photography, wildlife viewing, stargazing, and relaxing at camp entertain individuals who venture here. When scrambling among the rocks, be alert for snakes."
