Great trail system - one of the best in Oklahoma. The majority of the trail is fast and flowing other parts have technical riding (some rock gardens). Couple of steep short climbs and g-outs. Linking all the trail up you'll get in 16 miles of great riding in.

Fun trails. Green is very easy, no real elevation changes or obstacles. Great for beginners. Yellow and Red have some difficult terrain at times. Some of the climbs had my thighs burning. Also have some fun things to do: a giant see-saw (I fell off), and my favorite, quadzilla! It's a section of four hills with steep drops and equally steep climbs.

My only complaint is that the trails aren't very well marked. My first time there, I found myself lost and jumping between the yellow and red (or is it gold?) loops. My 11 mile loop ended up being closer to 15 miles.

This is a really fantastic course for intermediate and advanced bikers looking to practice hard but not be run into the ground. There are a series of 4 (soon to be 5) loops that escalate in difficulty as you progress. There are some considerable climbs with sandy tops, thus the workout can often be a bit much for beginners. Diversions in the trail allow for more advanced riders to challenge their skill while allowing intermediate riders to progress considerably. It is a long, hard ride, but it has good diversity, and is very well kept by the Clear Bay Bike Trail Club. I definitely recommend this trail to anyone interested. Ride On!
