This ride travels the hills and hollows between Ripley, nestled alongside the Ohio River, and Georgetown, two small towns brimming with history. The area is called Freedom Landing because it saw some of the Underground Railroad’s most intense activity. Along the route—depending on the time of year—you may notice tobacco growing in the fields or in float beds waiting to go into the field.
