Piatt Park Professional Review and Guide
"If a park can be small but wild, this one is. Piatt Park encompasses 119 acres. But it’s home to some spectacular, rugged scenery and some big wildlife. The scenery comes in the form of a cave, natural gorge and rock shelter, all of which are accessible by a hiking trail marked with footbridges. Just be sure to wear good hiking boots; some areas of the gorge involve walking over slippery rocks. Be on the lookout for a couple of small waterfalls to be found on the high-quality, coldwater stream here."
