Deer Creek State Park Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"Deer Creek State park is popular with vacationers because of all that it offers. Boaters can cruise or zip around 1,277-acre Cree Creek Lake, a US Army Corps impoundment that places no limits on horsepower. Fishermen can chase bass, walleyes, muskies, and panfish or its famous concentrations of saugeyes, which congregate in the spillway below the dam each spring. There’s a full-service marina catering to all those users. The park also has a 1,700-foot swimming beach and an 18-hole golf course that features ten ponds and fifty-two sand traps."
